RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer is entitled to cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product for any reason.
The right to return goods without giving any reason does not apply in the case of perishable goods, perishable eg. In section "Fresh vegetables and herbs." Moreover, the right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the subject of the provision is the thing delivered in a sealed container, which after opening the package can not return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if it were unsealed after delivery (eg. After opening the spice factory sealed by the manufacturer).
To take advantage of this right should be sent to us (by e-mail sklep@indiaonline.pl or by post to the following address: ul. Bródnowska 1 lok. U32, 03-439 Warszawa) completed withdrawal form and subject matter (product) (simultaneously or 14 days from the withdrawal), which concerns the withdrawal. The form should contain data seller, the buyer data, information which relates to the product withdrawal and the date of the order and receipt of the product. You can use the following formula:

Refund for the returned goods will be made within 14 days of receipt of the form indicated by your bank account or by postal indicated in the form of withdrawal address.

In case of withdrawal from the contract the seller reimburse the costs of delivery to the consumer - for the cheapest mode of transport included in the offer. The cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal from the contract shall be borne by the Buyer.

The seller is entitled to withdraw from the contract in case of unavailability of the ordered products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SELLER
The seller is obliged to deliver to the buyer products without defects. If the thing sold has the disadvantage of the buyer is entitled to lodge a complaint within two years from the date of issue of things.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

Complaint should include:
-data buyer (name, address, email address)
-Data conclusion of the Agreement which is the basis of complaints (if possible also no order to facilitate consideration of the complaint - This information is not necessary)
-object complaints, indicating the request (replacement / repair / price reduction / withdrawal)
-All the circumstances justifying the complaint

Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt. The answer to the complaint is sent to the specified by the Buyer e-mail address or postal mail.

EXTRAJUDICIAL POSSIBILITY OF METHOD OF EXAMINING CLAIMS AND ACTIONS
The buyer who is a consumer has the ability to take advantage of non-judicial way of dealing with complaints and claims of the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Regional Inspector of Trade Inspection. Information on how to access the above. mode and dispute settlement procedures, are at the following address: www.uokik.gov.pl under "Settlement of consumer disputes".

PRICES OF PRODUCTS
Prices are quoted in Polish zlotys. The prices are gross prices and include VAT. The prices are binding upon an order by the Buyer.
Seller reserves the right to change prices, introduction of new products to offer, withdraw products from the offer and to keep and cancel promotional campaigns, which however does not affect the prices of goods in orders placed before the entry into force of these changes.
Delivery costs will be added to the order, according to the chosen by the Buyer mode of delivery and payment. Available forms of delivery, together with the corresponding costs are presented below.

COST OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY TIME
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the ordered products along with the packaging. Please note that the descriptions given is the net weight of products. The actual weight of the parcel is the net weight + weight of packaging (eg. In the case of glass packaging even 300g) + packaging weight package (box, envelope bubble) and security products and the fulfillment of the box. Can we estimate the weight of your shipment to find the right cost of delivery in the table below, however, the actual weight, and hence the cost of shipping may be different than estimated. In order to verify the exact cost of delivery please proceed according to the following instructions:

PAYMENT
There are the following forms of payment:

    Payment by cash on delivery in case of:

    Cash on delivery (Shipping)

Term of payment - cash on delivery orders; release ordered subject to payment of the payment.

    Prepaid account through the online payment system - Dotpay. Payment term - when ordering. Order confirmation after confirmation by the system Dotpay confirming the payment.
    Prepaid account transfer traditional. Payment term - 7 days. This time limit may be extended at the request of the customer, we will send mail to sklep@indiaonline.pl and having been accepted by the shop. In the absence of payment within 7 days (or within the time limit agreed with the seller), the order is canceled.

LIMIT FOR COMPLETION OF ORDERS
The delivery time is not more than 30 days from order. Typically, orders are delivered within 2-3 business days, but in the case of large contracts or temporary unavailability of the ordered products may be longer. Orders consisting of the department Fresh vegetables and herbs are carried out once a week - shipping orders placed from Tuesday to Monday next week are sent on Tuesdays or Wednesdays next week.
Personal collection of placed orders is possible only after completion and preparation of contracts with the buyer is informed in a separate e-mail confirming receipt of the opportunity.
