Ghee is a clear butter that contains nearly 100% milk fat. It is a very important ingredient in Indian cuisine. It can be used in principle to prepare any dish that requires the use of fat.

It is one of the key ingredients of Ayurveda. Clarified butter is ideal for deep frying as it does not burn until reaching 250°C. Clear butter has the smell of real butter.

Ingredients: milk fat (99.8%), Flavouring: Ethyl butyrate (<0.01%).
