Spice blend for Mint Chutney.
Ingredients:
Salt, Mint, Dry Mango, Pomegranate seeds, Chilli, Coriander, Black Pepper, Musk Melon, Caraway, Nutmeg, Malic acid.
Instructions:
1. Beat a small bowlful of natural yoghurt and add Chutney Podina Powder to taste. (Alternatively, in a mixer, grind 20g red/spring onion, add 3 tspn Chutney Podina Powder and water to mix to form a watery paste)
2. Check seasoning, and keep aside for 15 minutes before serving along with savories, relishes or with main course along with pickles.
You can also sprinkle Chutney Podina Masala on sandwiches, savories, waffles etc. for a spicy, mint taste.
