Pav Bhaji Masala is an original blend of Indian spices used primarily for traditional dish Pav Bhaji. Pav is kind of bread and Bhaji is vegetables stew. Spice mix is also used for pastes and vegetable fillings.  It can be also used for pies with beans, lentils, and to spice up various dishes such as stewed vegetables.  Like other spices of Indian cuisine is very aromatic and intense in flavor. Caution! Spicy!

Ingredients:
Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Dry Mango, Cardamom Seeds, Black Pepper, White Salt, Fennel, Cinnamon, Dry Ginger, Bay Leaf, Cloves, Star Anise, Caraway, Nutmeg, Mace.

Instructions:
Boil 200g potatoes. Peel and dice. Also boil 150g dressed vegetables like carrots, cauliflower, peas etc. In a deep pan fry 100g finely chopped red onions in 60g butter till golden. Add 100g coarsely chopped tomatoes, salt and 15g Pav Bhaji Masala. Transfer the boiled vegetables, 1/2 cup water and, on a high heat mix and mash them for 10-minutes.
Serve on buttered bread, toast or baps, roast and serve together.
