Vindaloo is a spicy-sour dish from the south of India. Dish came to India from Portugal. In Portuguese it means a dish with wine and garlic. In the Indian version of the wine was replaced with vinegar and a varied number of aromatic spices.

Ingredients: soybean oil, red chili pepper, salt, coriander, vinegar, tomato paste, garlic, sugar, ginger, oil sezaomowy, black pepper, cinnamon, mustard, natural herbs and spices, tamarind.

It does not contain MSG, preservatives or artificial colors.

Preparation (4 servings)
Needed items:

-1 Box mix vindaloo curry spices
-450g. chicken breasts, cut into cubes about 2cm
-1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
-1 Large onion, cut into slices
-110ml of tomato puree or chopped tomatoes
-75ml water

First heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion and seasoning and fry for two minutes, stirring constantly.
Second Add chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add tomato paste and water. Bring to a boil.
3rd Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes (or until the meat is tender) occasionally stirring.
Serve hot with rice or naan cakes.

You can use chicken instead of beef, lamb, fish, seafood or vegetables, adjusting the cooking time for the ingredients used. For extra flavor, you can add 3 tablespoons of thick cream or coconut cream before serving.

Net weight: 50g.
