|
Kitchen King blend of spices is an universal mixed of spices which gives an oriental taste and aroma to your dishes.
Ingredients:
coriander, cumin, chilli, turmeric, black pepper, cloves, fenugreek leaves, salt, nutmeg, dry ginger, cardamom seeds, cinnamon, bay leaf, pulse, fennel, caraway, mustard, garlic flakes, onion flakes, mace, cardamom green, asafoetida.
Suggested Recipe:
Potatoes, Peas and Cheese
1. Cut 200g Paneer into 1/2 inch cubes and fry them in ghee/oil till golden.
2. Separately sauté 2 chopped onions till golden in half cup of ghee/oil.
3. Add 2 chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add salt to taste, 1/2 tsp Deggi Mirch, 3 tsp Kitchen King and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add 4 peeled potatoes, cut lengthwise, and half a cup of peas. Stir for 3 minutes.
6. Add fried paneer cubes and simmer for 5 minutes till the potatoes are tender.
7. Sprinkle a pinch full of Fenugreek leaves (Methi), stir and serve.
Weight: 100g.
