RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product for any reason.
The right to return purchased goods without giving a reason does not apply to perishable goods, perishables, e.g. from the "Fresh vegetables and herbs" section. In addition, the right of withdrawal is not applicable if the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery (e.g. after opening factory-closed spices) by the manufacturer).
To exercise the aforementioned right, please send to us (to the e-mail address sklep@indiaonline.pl or by post to the address: Bródnowska Street 1, U32; 03-439 Warsaw) the completed withdrawal form and the subject of the contract (product), which concerns withdrawal. The form should contain the data of the seller, the buyer's data, information about which product the withdrawal refers to, as well as the date of placing the order and receiving the product. The refund for returned goods will take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return to the bank account indicated by you or by postal order to the address indicated on the withdrawal form.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the seller reimburses the costs of delivery of the goods to the consumer - up to the value of the cheapest means of transport included in the given offer. The cost of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal from the contract shall be borne by the Buyer.
The seller has the right to withdraw from the contract in case of unavailability of ordered products.
OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY OF THE SELLER:
The seller is obliged to provide the buyer with products without defects. If the item sold has a defect, the buyer has the right to lodge a complaint within two years of delivery.

A complaint should contain:
- buyer's data (name, address, email address)
- the date of conclusion of the Agreement underlying the complaint (if possible also the order number, which will facilitate the consideration of the complaint - it is not necessary to provide this information)
- subject of the complaint, indicating the request (replacement / repair / price reduction / withdrawal from the contract)
-all circumstances justifying the complaint
The seller recognizes the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt. The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer or to the traditional postal address.
EXTRAJUDICIAL POSSIBILITIES OF THE METHOD OF EXAMINING COMPLAINTS AND INVESTIGATING CLAIMS:
The buyer who is a consumer has the option of using an out-of-court complaint and redress procedure before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Provincial Inspector of Trade Inspection. Information on how to access the abovementioned procedures and procedures for resolving disputes can be found at the following address: www.uokik.gov.pl, in the tab "Settlement of consumer disputes".
PRODUCT PRICES:
The prices are in Polish zlotys. The given prices are gross prices and include VAT. The prices quoted are binding when the Buyer places the order.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices, introduce new products to the offer, withdraw products from the offer, and conduct and cancel promotional campaigns, which, however, does not affect the prices of goods in orders placed before the entry into force of the above changes.
Delivery costs will be added to the order, according to the delivery and payment method chosen by the Buyer. Available forms of delivery along with the corresponding costs are presented below.
DELIVERY COST AND DELIVERY TIME:
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the products ordered, including packaging. Please remember that the descriptions include the net weight of the products. The actual weight of the package is the net weight of the product + the weight of the package (e.g. in the case of glass packaging up to 300g) + the weight of the package's packaging (box, bubble envelope) as well as product protection and box filling. You can estimate the weight of the shipment yourself and find the appropriate delivery cost in the table below, however the actual weight, and thus the shipping cost may be different than the estimated one. In order to thoroughly check the delivery costs, please follow the instructions below:

In the tab "Delivery method" will be presented all possible forms of delivery for the given order along with their costs.
Delivery costs apply to orders with a delivery address in the Republic of Poland. In the case of orders with a delivery address outside of Poland, delivery costs are determined individually.
Declared delivery time (from posting to delivery attempt):
Polish Post - economic parcel: 3-5 business days
Polish Post - parcel 48: 48 - 72 business hours
Polish Post - priority parcel: 1-2 business days
Polish Post - parcel 24: 24 - 48 business hours
Courier I and Kurier II: 1-2 business days
Personal pickup, both for prepayment and for payment on delivery, is free.
PAYMENT:
The following payment methods are available:
Payment in cash on delivery in case of:
- personal pickup
- cash on delivery
Payment deadline - upon receipt of the order; the issue of the order is subject to payment.
Prepayment to an account via the online payment system - Dotpay. Payment deadline - when placing the order. Confirmation of order acceptance occurs after obtaining confirmation from the Dotpay system confirming the payment.
Prepayment to the account by traditional transfer. Payment deadline - 7 days. This period may be extended at the customer's request, sent by e-mail to sklep@indiaonline.pl and after being accepted by the store's service. In the absence of payment within 7 days (or within the time agreed with the seller) the order is canceled.

ORDER COMPLETION DATE:
The delivery time is no more than 30 days from placing the order. Usually, orders are processed within 2-3 business days, however, in the case of large orders or temporary unavailability of the ordered products may be longer. Orders containing products from the Fresh Vegetables and Herbs department are processed once a week - orders placed from Tuesday to Monday the next week are sent on Tuesdays or on Wednesdays the following week.
Personal collection of orders placed is possible only after completing and preparing the order, of which the Buyer is informed in a separate e-mail confirming the possibility of receipt.
